Part 4

Basic strength programs

Before you start doing advanced variations, you need to master the basics on the rings, same as you did before. Training on the rings definitely requires advanced strength and control so make sure to master the basics! With the foundation you have from the Primal programs it's going to be a smooth ride!

You can devide this process into 2 training days, or pack all exercises in one workout. Choose program that suits your schedule the best!
