Gymnastics and calisthenics training is my passion for more than 10 years now, basically I put my whole life on this. I graduated from different schools, as a gymnastics coach, personal trainer, I have a human kinesiologist degree, I attended many courses and workshops.
I wrote two books and I’m working on my third book in Hungarian, which I’m planning to publish in English as well. But I don’t want to talk about that too much, you can fact check me, check my Instagram and you can see I have been posting these things from the very beginning, I have a YouTube channel with a lot of free information and value that you can use.
